Specialties & Areas of Focus

How Therapy Can Help

You already know where these patterns started. What's usually missing isn't more insight. It's help actually doing something different: saying no without spiraling, asking for what you need, and building relationships that don't drain you.

I work particularly with women and women of color, and I welcome clients of all genders, sexual orientations, and backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ clients.

Relationships &
Family Dynamics

  • Relationship Struggles (conflict, communication challenges, intimacy issues)

  • Family of Origin Challenges (intergenerational trauma, parental wounds)

  • Codependency & Boundaries (unhealthy attachment patterns, setting limits without guilt, emotional dependency)

 Trauma &
Emotional Healing

  • Trauma Recovery (including PTSD)

  • Developmental Trauma (early childhood wounds, attachment issues)

  • Relational Trauma (abusive relationships, trust issues)

  • Grief & Loss (loss of a loved one, miscarriage, major life changes)

Mental Health &
Emotional Well-Being

  • Anxiety (generalized anxiety, panic attacks, chronic worry)

  • Depression (persistent sadness, loss of motivation, mood shifts)

What to Expect

Therapy Services

Therapy with me is active and collaborative. We’ll look at what’s happening in your life today while also making sense of the experiences and relationships that shaped the patterns you keep finding yourself in.

In session, we might slow down to understand what comes up when you try to set a boundary, get curious about the part of you that feels responsible for everyone else, or make space to figure out what you actually want. The goal isn’t just to understand your patterns. It’s to help you respond differently when they show up in your life.

The Therapy Process

Session Length & Scheduling

I offer individual therapy exclusively online for clients throughout California. Sessions take place through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, so you can meet from the comfort of your own space.

Individual sessions are 50 minutes.

step 1

Free Consultation

A brief call to discuss your concerns and see if we’re a good therapeutic fit.

step 2

Intake Session

The first session where we explore your history, understand your current challenges, and begin shaping your goals for therapy together.

step 3

What Happens After the Intake?

From there, we’ll continue exploring the patterns that brought you to therapy while practicing new ways of responding to them. Our work will evolve as your needs and goals change.

Ongoing Therapy & Growth

Through ongoing sessions, we’ll continue exploring the patterns that brought you to therapy, practice new ways of responding to them, and make space for what changes as our work unfolds.

Therapy looks different for everyone, and we’ll continue checking in about what’s helpful and where you want to focus our work.
